When Keyser Commercial Real Estate was founded, we didn’t set out to become another commercial real estate firm. We set out to challenge the status quo.

At the time, the traditional commercial real estate model accepted conflicts of interest as standard practice. Firms represented both landlords and tenants, often creating competing loyalties within the same organization. We believed there was a better way.

So we built a company around a different idea: exclusive tenant advocacy.

We help office, industrial, healthcare, technology, biomedical, manufacturing, and other companies align their real estate strategies with their business goals—without the conflicts inherent in traditional brokerage models.

That commitment to doing things differently has earned us a reputation as an industry challenger. In fact, USA Today recognized Keyser Commercial Real Estate as the “Commercial Real Estate Disruptor” for our tenant-only advocacy model.

But the business model itself isn’t the story.
