Timney Triggers Office + Culture

To help show entrepreneurs the effect an office space has on productivity, Keyser is shining the spotlight on organizations who place a high priority on their company culture. Today's feature is on Timney Triggers, a premier manufacturer of replacement triggers.

Founded in 1946, Timney is known for its quality precision machining, great customer service and superior workmanship that goes into every trigger made. In this post, we'll highlight some of the unique aspects of the Timney culture, as well as showcase their new office space.

Timney Triggers Office
Timney strives to create a culture where people both inside and outside of the organization are continually astonished by their mastery of service. Throughout the office, Timney has installed two boards that capture the collaborative mind and spirit of Timney. One of the boards is The Five Commitments, which are: Listening Generously, Speaking Straight, Being For Each Other, Honoring Commitments, and Acknowledgment / Appreciation. The other board is The Collaborative Way, which shows how behaviors lead to organizational speed, agility, teamwork and a satisfying work environment that results in profits, productivity, innovation, employee loyalty and customer satisfaction.
